Mayor Cooksey announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a discussion of the Randy Morine Municipal District. Council did discuss. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would enter into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. a. Board and Commission Appointments - Section 2, Paragraph g.
