Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Hden Aldridge Dry Clerk Memorandum To: Councilmember Urdy called to order the special called meeting of the Council for a meeting of the City Council's Housing Sub-Committee, noting the presence of all committee members: Mayor Pro Tern Trevino* Councilmembers Rose and Humphrey. Mike Spain and Bill Neuman of First Southwest Company spoke. The Committee unanimously agreed to consider setting new policies at their August 5, 1986 meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 3:42 p.m.
