Urdy Jorge Canasco City Manager Hden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councllmembers Rose, Urdy and Shipman. Mayor Cooksey announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a work session on Operating Budget/GIF for the Police Department, Fire Department, EMS* and Health Department. Mayor Cooksey and Councllmember Humphrey introduced an item to Council which was the presentation on Library Services. The Council adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
