Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Urdy and Rose. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was for a work session on the Capital Improvements Program - Budget. Council discussed and heard presentations on Public and Community Services, Public Health, Public Safety and Recreation. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
