Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Aldridge i *'Ctty Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the Emergency Special Called Meeting of the Council, scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Mayor Cooksey announced the purpose of the meeting was to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17* Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and for personnel matters. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. " p) a. Personnel Matters - Section 2, Paragraph g. (1) W.I.C.
