INTERIM AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS A report was given to Council on Interim Terminal Area Expansion and Environmental Assessment of Existing, Mid-Term and Long-Term Conditions at Robert Mueller Airport. Copy of the report is on file in the City Clerk's office. SECOND READING OF ELECTRIC RATES STRUCTURE Council had before them a staff presentation and the second reading of Electric Rates Structure. Speakers were Shudde Fath, John Moore, Paul Norris, Bill Oakey and Jay Toungate. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, passed through SECOND READING an ordinance for the electric rates structure with staff recommendation of 31% movement and $11,000,000.00 refund. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and Councilmember Shipman absent.) ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 10:00 p.m.
