Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. The City Manager reports on Update on Placement Activities and Library Automation were not given. Council held a work session on Loop 360. Speakers were Jim Duncan, Allen Brecher, Ron Bond, Adrian Freund, Andy Martin, and Richard Suttle representing Armbrust and Brown. Mayor Cooksey directed staff to put Mr. Suttle's suggested resolution on the October 30, 1986 agenda under Old Business. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned at 5:50 p.m. MEETING RECONVENED - STREET BANNER APPROVED The Council, on Councilmember Urdy's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, voted to reconvene the meeting of the Council, and to approve the request from Travis County Democaratic Party for installation of street banner. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Cooksey and Councilmember Humphrey out of the room.) ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 5:55 p.m.
