BOARD AND COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS i The Council, on Councilmember Humphrey's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, appointed Arthur Talley as a member of the Water and Wastewater Commission. (5-0 Vote, Councilmember Urdy and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino absent.) The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, approved the appointment of Carol Guthrie to the Pay Equity Task Force. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and Councilmember Urdy absent.) The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, approved the appointment of Redge Westbrook to the Transportation Task Group. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and Councilmember Urdy absent.) WORK SESSION Council held a work session on the Civic Center. The Mayor said there should be a decision by November 20, 1986.
