BOARD AND COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS i The Council, on Councilmember Humphrey's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, appointed Arthur Talley as a member of the Water and Wastewater Commission. (5-0 Vote, Councilmember Urdy and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino absent.) The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, approved the appointment of Carol Guthrie to the Pay Equity Task Force.
