Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge \ j City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council* noting the absence of Councilmember Urdy. A work session was held on civic center site location. Jim Goluska and Bryan Bochner of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill discussed the site with Council. Council did not take up the City Manager report on Minority Procurement; nor the resolution to consider appointment of members to the Select Committee on Services and Spending; nor did they go into executive session. Council adjourned:its meeting at 6:00 p.m.
