Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers Mayor Cooksey announced Council would enter into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following matters. No action will be taken except in open meeting. The Mayor announced Council would discuss: a. Pending Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e (1) STNP The Mayor then announced if Council had time they would also discuss the following: b. Land Acquisition Program Section 2, Paragraph f - (1) Parkland Acquisition Program (2) Sumiken Building (3) мос c. Personnel Matters - Section 2, Paragraph g (1) Personnel Policies Council recessed its meeting at 4:31 p.m. for executive session and resumed its recessed meeting at 7:05 p.m. for adjournment.
