ZONING HEARINGS Mayor Cooksey announced Council would hear the following zoning cases. Council heard, closed the public hearings, waived the requirement for three readings and finally passed ordinances approving the following zoning changes on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second.
