Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: : Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, scheduled for 4:00p.m. at 6:20 Ρ.Μ. noting that Mayor Pro Tem Trevino was not present in the Council Chamber. ZONING HEARINGS Mayor Cooksey announced Council would hear the following zoning cases. Council heard, closed the public hearings, waived the requirement for three readings and finally passed ordinances approving the following zoning changes on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second.
