Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. No action was taken on any of the items listed on the agenda, except the Executive Session. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would enter into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and for personnel matters. Council will discuss: 1. Land Acquisition - Section 2, Paragraph f. (a) Consider lease/purchase of Sumiken Building (b) Consider lease/purchase of Avante Building (c) Municipal Office Complex Lease Consolidation Council recessed for excutive session at 4:35 p.m. and resumed Its recessed meeting at 7:30 p.m. to adjourn.
