Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - DECEMBER 17, 1986 CENTRAL LIBRARY 800 GUADALUPE Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: - 4:00 Ρ.Μ. Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Urdy and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, who entered later in the meeting. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss the following. action will be taken except in open session. 1. Personnel Matters - No Section 2, Paragraph g (a) Review performance of the City Manager. Council recessed for executive session at 4:35 and resumed its recessed meeting at 6:20 p.m. ZONING ORDINANCE The Council, on Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's motion, しに Mayor Pro Tem Trevino's second, passed through second and third readings of an ordinance amending Chapter 13-2 of the Austin City Code (Zoning Ordinance) to cover the following change: (7-0 Vote) (a) CITY OF AUSTIN PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT C14-86-151 6614 Blue Bluff Road and 7507 Decker Lane From "SF-3" to "CS-1" & "p" Second and third readings.
