Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Urdy and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, who entered later in the meeting. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss the following. action will be taken except in open session. 1. Personnel Matters - No Section 2, Paragraph g (a) Review performance of the City Manager.
