Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Rose. Virginia Rutledge presented the Five Year Financial Forecast Report. No action was taken on the work session on legislative issues, but a work session on Hyde Park Rehabilitation Plan was held. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would enter into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. 1. Land Acquisition - Section 2, Paragraph f (a) Review and discussion of the Avante Building Council recessed its meeting for executive session from 5:10 to 6:40 p.m. when they adjourned. No action was taken as a result of the session.
