FOUR SEASONS HOTEL Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order at 1:55 p.m. the special called meeting of the Council which had been rescheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, who was absent from the City. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Cooksey announced that Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following matter. No official action will be taken. except in open session. RECESS 1. Pending Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e (a) City of Austin v. Houston Lighting & Power The Council went into executive session at 1:56 p.m. At 3:49 p.m. the Council came out of executive session and recessed the meeting at 3:50 p.m. RECONVENE The Council reconvened the meeting at 4:44 р.m.
