RELEASE OF EASEMENT The Council, on Councilmember Humphrey's motion, Councilmember Rose's second, adopted a resolution authorizing release of the following easement: (4-0 Vote, Mayor Cooksey absent, Councilmembers Urdy and Shipman not yet in the Council Chamber.) 10 H F 4-0 A portion of a 10' Public Utility Easement and Drainage Easement recorded in Volume, page 183, Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, Located on Lot 14, Block "H", Summit Oaks, 5905 Burlington Court. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Pro Tem Trevino announced Council would go into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and for personnel matters.
