Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Mayor Cooksey announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a worksession on discussion of the 1987/88 Budget Work Plan, which they did. Council adjourned its special called meeting at 5:00 p.m.
