Texja Memorandum To: Mayor Pro..Tern Trevino :calied :to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Cooksey and Council members Shipman and Humphrey. Mayor Pro Tern Trevino announced the purpose of the meeting was to consider a resolution concerning a utility easement. RELEASE OF UTILITY EASEMENT The Council, on Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's motion, Councilmember Urdy's second, adopted a resolution releasing a utility easement and accepted an alternate easement with a provision for letter of credit security. (4-0 Vote, Mayor Cooksey, Councilmembers Shipman and Humphrey absent) ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 4:05 p.m.
