Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Pro Tem Trevino called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Cooksey. OLD BUSINESS Ordinance - The Council, on Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's motion, Councilmember Humphrey's second, passed through second/ third readings of an ordinance amending Chapter 13-2A of the Austin City Code (Zoning Ordinance) to cover the following changes. Public Hearings Set Set public hearing on the following: a. b. Amending Chapter 1302A by adding a new Section 1701, and by amending Section 2255(a) to specifically permit the retail sales and display of monuments (grave markers) in the "CS" (Commercial Service) zoning district: July 16, 1987 at 5:00 p.m. Amending Chapter 13-2A, Section 2545 to modify the "W/LO" Warehouse/Limited Office district site development regulations by increasing the maximum impervious coverage from fifty to seventy percent: July 16, 1987 at 5:00 p.m. c.
