The Mayor announced Council will Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Revised Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters called all Council go into Texas of land acquisition, litigation, and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meet ing. 1. Pending Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e (a) City of Austin v. Houston Lighting and Power Council recessed its meeting at 3:01 p.m. for executive session, resumed its recessed meeting at 5:14 p.m and adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
