Council Chambers, 307 VM?sl Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Shlpman. Mayor Cooksey announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a worksession on the budget proposed for FY 1987/88. Departments who reviewed their proposed budgets were: Management Services, Mayor and Council, Municipal Court, Parks and Recreation Department, Police Department, Resource Management Department and Aviation. Council adjourned its special called meeting at 6:15 p *m.
