FOUNDER 199 Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: September 29, 1987 - 3:00 Ρ.Μ. Mayor Pro Tem Trevino called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Cooksey, Councilmembers Carl-Mitchell and Urdy. CITY MANAGER REPORTS City Manager reports presented were Office on Aging, West Bull Creek Interceptor, Employee Placement Update. The report on Update on Interim Development Process was not presented. ITEMS POSTPONED Postponed until October 1, 1987 regular meeting is consideration of the following: A resolution approving a contract with Gilbane Building Company for a not-to-exceed amount of $683,961.00 for Project Management services for Phase II of Austin Civic Center Project. An ordinance amending the 1987-88 Annual Operating Budget and the 1987-88 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget by transferring $720,859.00 from the Civic Center Reserve Fund and appropriating it to the CIP Civic Center Project in order to fund the costs of Phase II. ITEMS NOT DISCUSSED The Council did not go into executive session and did not make board and commission appointments. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 4:30 p.m.
