; : FOUNDE Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING November 17, 1987 - 3:00 Ρ.Μ. Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and Councilmember Urdy. WORKSESSION Council held a worksession on Airport Issues. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, directed staff to proceed with annexation for airport land, Option 1. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and Councilmember Urdy absent) ΑΡΡΟΙΝΤMENTS Motion The Council, on Mayor Cooksey's motion, Councilmember Shipman's second, appointed Mildred Holloway and Lillie L. Robinson as members of the Neighborhood Revitalization Commission/ Urban Renewal Board of Directors. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, Councilmember Urdy absent) Motion The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, appointed Jan Friese, Betty Himmelblau and Thad Holt as members of the Hospital Board.
