Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and Councilmember Urdy... WORKSESSION - CAPITAL METRO BOARD Council held a worksession with members of the Capital Metro Board. Tony Kouneski, General Manager, of the Capital Metropolitan Transit Authority, presented a report. Comments were made by Jackie Bloch, Judy Walker, Stephen Bayer and Mike Guerrero, all members of the Board. CITY MANAGER REPORTS John Ware, Acting City Manager, reported to Council on Streamlining of the Development Process. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, approved the proposed schedule for streamlining the development process.
