Austin City Council MINUTES For February 03, 1988 - 2:45 P.M. - Special Called Meeting Council Chambers, 307 V\fest Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Councilmember Carl-Mitchell, Chairman, called the meeting of the Planning and Budget Committee to order, noting the presence of all the committee members. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DEFERRED The approval of the minutes for the Planning and Budget Committee meeting of December 9, 1987 was deferred until a later date. WORKPLANS ASSIGNED Each member of the committee agreed to review a specified number of Boards and Commissions. (See attached memo denoting assigned workplans). Chairman Carl-Mitchell said that the goal of the committee was to assess what is consistent with our policies and whether the committee; A) adjusts the policies or B) adjusts the Board and Commission workplans to make them consistent with each other.
