Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - May 10, 1988 - 3:00 P.M. Council Chamber*. 307 ttbt Second Street. Awtin, T*XM Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council to consider Office Lease/Purchase Proposals. He noted the absence of Councilmember Humphrey. Ann Bradstreet, representing Alexander and Associates, presented their recommendations on office leasing space proposals. Ms. Bradstreet said they recommend buying One Texas Center or leasing the Republic Plaza. Discussion continued concerning other properties. Council asked thtt this be posted for action on the May 12, 1988 Council Meeting agenda. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 5:15 P.M.
