FOURTH FLOOR AUDITORIUM - CENTRAL LIBRARY Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council at 3:08 P.M., noting the presence of Mayor Pro Tem Shipman. Other members of the Council arrived shortly thereafter. SUBCOMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS Council made the following appointments to subcommittees: Policy Planning and Budget Mayor Cooke and Councilmember Barnstone, on Councilmember Humphrey's motion, Councilmember Nofziger's second, (7-0 Vote) Austin Transportation Study Policy Advisory Committee Mayor Cooke, on Mayor Pro Tem Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, AISD/City Council Joint Committee Mayor Cooke, on Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's motion, Councilmember Nofziger's second. WORKSESSION ITEMS A worksession was held on Gilbane Update concerning (a) Project Schedule and (b) Financing Plan. Worksession was held on continued discussion of the 1988-89 Council Budget Worksession.
