YOT AUSTI FOUNDED 1839 Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 23, 1988 Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas - 9:00 A.m. Mayor Cooke called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Mayor Cooke announced Council would hear reports from the Water and Wastewater Department, Transportation and Public Service Department and the Electric Department. After discussion with representatives from these departments, and after hearing their reports, Council adjourned its special called meeting at 3:10 Ρ.Μ.
