Council Chambers. 307 VNfcsl Second Street, Austin, Texas Mayor Cooke called the special called meeting to order* noting the presence of Councilmembers Barnstone, Carl-Mitchell, Humphrey and Nofziger. Mayor Cooke stated that the purpose of the meeting was as follows: 1ยป Record vote on a proposal to consider a real property tax increase. 2. Consider scheduling a public hearing on the proposal to increase taxes. The Council took no action on the preceding Items. ADJOURNMENT the Council adjourned at 4:02 p.m.
