Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 30, 1988 - 9:00 A.M Council Chambers, 307 Wat Second Street, Austin, Texas Mayor Cooked called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmerabers Urdy and Carl-Mitchell. Mayor Cooke announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a vorksession on discussion of the Austin Convention and Visitor Bureau, Inc., Mid-Year Management/ Program Financial Audit and Annual Budget. A worksession was also held on Operating Budget fo FY 1988-89. Council adjourned its meeting at 12:00 noon.
