Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 31, 1988 - 9:00 A.M Council Chambers, 307 VM-st Second Street, Austin, Texas Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Urdy and Humphrey. Mayor Cooke noted the purpose of the meeting was a worksession to hold wrap-up discussion on CIP/ Operating budgets. The meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
