FOURTH FLOOR AUDITORIUM OF THE CENTRAL LIBRARY Council Chambers. 107 VMrsl Second Since, Austin, Texas Mayor Pro Tern Shlpman called to order the meeting;of the Council* noting the absence of Mayor Cooke and Councilmember Urdy. HEARING SET The Council, on Councilmember Humphrey's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell1* second, set a public hearing for November 17, 1988 on a resolution to consider amending the cultural arts major facility policy. (5-0 Vote, Mayor Cooke and Councilmember Urdy absent) Time certain was not specified. j WORKSESSION Council held a vorksession on Affirmative Action Plan Task force.
