Mayor Cooke called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Urdy and Nofziger. WORKSESSION ITEMS ready. There was no discussion of the Laguna Gloria Contract. Staff was not yet Goals and Priorities was taken under consideration. Bob Smith reported on the scope of work concerning the Sumiken transaction. STATEWIDE ENERGY PLAN Council had before them for consideration the adoption of the Electric Utility Commission recommendation concerning proposals of the House Select Committee on a Statewide Energy Plan.
