Austin City Council MINUTES For December 08, 1988 - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - 6:15 A.M THIRD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM - MUNICIPAL BUILDING Council Ctumtxn. 307 V*« Second Sln«l. Aurtln. Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Urdy and Humphrey. Mayor Cooke announced the purpose of the meeting was an Executive Session* pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. 1. Personnel Matters - Section 2, Paragraph g (a) Interview for City Manager Council recessed it meeting for executive session at 8:30 A.M. and adjourned its meeting at 10:40 A.M. No action was taken as a result of the executive session.
