E OF AUST Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas - January 10, 1989 - 3:00 Ρ.Μ. : Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Mayor Cooke announced the purpose of the meeting was to enter into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and for personnel matters. No final action, decision or vote by the City Council will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. 1. Personnel Matters - Section 2, Paragraph g Discussion and Evaluation of (1) Presiding Judge, Municipal Court (2) Acting Municipal Court Clerk (3) City Clerk Also during this executive session, Council discussed the matters listed for the two other meetings scheduled for 3:00P.M., this day. Mayor Cooke. announced the following items would be discussed during executive session: From Regular Meeting re Electric Utility scheduled at 3 P.M. 1.
