Texas Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Nofziger and Urdy. NEW AUSTIN AIRPORT MASTER PLAN The Council, on Mayor Pro Tem Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, adopted a resolution approving the following short list of firms for the RFP for Master Plan Consultant Services for the new Austin airport: (5-0 Vote, Councilmembers Nofziger and Urdy absent) OVERALL MASTER PLAN CIP No. 817825 Espey, Huston & Associates, Inc.
