Tex« Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. BRACKENRIDGE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT The Council, on Mayor Pro Tern Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchellfs second, adopted a resolution approving a clarification and addition to the Brackenrldge Development Agreement which authorizes the conveyance of an easement by the City to the University for use of a portion of the lake bed of Lake Austin abutting the Boat Town Tract. (7-0 Vote) ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned Its meeting at 5:35 P.M.
