Mayor Fro Tern Shlpman called the meeting of the Council to order, noting the absence of Mayor Cooke, Councilmembers Humphrey and Koftiger. CANVASSING RETURNS The Council* on Councilmenber Carl-Mitchellfs notion, Councilmember Urdy's second, adopted a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the May 26, 1990 General Municipal run-off election. (4-0 Vote, Mayor Coolte, Councilmembers Humphrey and Nofclger absent) City Council Place No. 1 Lee Lane 19,023 Michael "Max" Nofzlger 19,901 City Council Place No. 4 Bob Larson 21*158 Susan Tommey Frost 17,643 ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned Its meeting at 1:15 F.M.
