Mayor Fro Tern Shlpman called the meeting of the Council to order, noting the absence of Mayor Cooke, Councilmembers Humphrey and Koftiger. CANVASSING RETURNS The Council* on Councilmenber Carl-Mitchellfs notion, Councilmember Urdy's second, adopted a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the May 26, 1990 General Municipal run-off election.
