Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 01, 1990 - 1:00 P.M. FIRST FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM OF TOWN LAKE CENTER Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. He announced the purpose of the meeting vas to receive the 1990-91 proposed budget from the City Manager. City Manager Camllle Gate's Barnett presented copies of the proposed budget to Council and departments.
