Austin City Council MINUTES For August 14, 1990 - 10:00 A.M. Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Nofziger. The Mayor announced the purpose of the neeting was to hold a Budget Vork Session. Reports A General Fund Update vas presented by Betty Dunkerly, Director, Financial Services Department. Byron Marshall introduced the discussion on the Electric Utility Department. John Moore, Director of Electric Utility, presented the report Vater and Vastevater Utility Department presentation on their budget vas given by Randy Goss. Austan Llbrach, Director, Environment and Conservation Department* led the discussion concerning his department's budget. The report on Solid Vaste vas given by Joe Word, Assistant Director, Environment and Conservation Department. Adjournment The special called meeting of the Council vas adjourned at 2tOO P.M.
