Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL MEETING - August 20, 1990 - PUBLIC HEARING 1990-91 BUDGET BANNOCKBURN BAPTIST CHURCH, 7100 BRODIE LANE, AUSTIN, TEXAS - 7:30 P.M. Mayor Cooke called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmembers Epstein and Barnstone and Mayor Pro Tern Urdy. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a public hearing on the 1990-91 Operating Budget. Various topics were discussed and speaker's cards are on file in the City Clerk's office. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
