FOUNGID DES Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - 1 August 23, 1990 TOWN LAKE CENTER, 721 BARTON SPRINGS ROAD 1:00 Ρ.Μ. files Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Epstein. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a budget work session. Introduction to discussion concerning Pay Plan, Health Benefits and Retiree Benefits was presented by Byron Marshall, Assistant City Manager. Pay Plan was discussed by Joe Canales, Director, Human Resources Department. Mr. Canales also led the presentation concerning Health Benefits and Retiree Benefits. ! The The budget of the Aviation Department was introduced by Joe Lessard, Assistant City Manager. Charles Gates, Director, Aviation Department, led the discussion. Bill Stockton, Director, Public Works and Transportation; Randy Goss, Director of Water and Wastewater Utility; John Moore, Director, Electric Utility; and Manuel Mollinedo, Director, Parks and Recreation, presented the CIP budget.
