Austin City Council MINUTES For August 29, 1990 - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - PUBLIC HEARING 1990-91 BUDGET MONTOPOLIS RECREATION CENTER • 1200 MONTOPOLIS DRIVE - 6;30 P.M. Mayor Cooke called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to hold a public hearing on the 1990-91 Operating Budget. Speaker's cards are on file in the City Clerk's office.
