Austin City Council MINUTES September 04, 1990 - BUDGET WORKSESSION - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Mayor Cooke called to order the special called Council Meeting, noting the absence of Councilmeraber Barnstone. The Mayor announced the purpose of the nee ting vas for a Budget Vork Session.
