Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - September 07, 1990 - 1:00 P.M. Town Lake Center Council Chimben, 907 VJni Second Street, Austin, Ttx» Mayor Cooke called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council and announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a budget work session. Councilmembers present at the morning session, besides the Mayor, vere Councilmembers Larson, Carl-Mitchell and Nofziger. Present during the afternoon portion of the meeting vere Mayor Pro Tern Urdy, Councilmembers Nofziger, Carl-Mitchell and Larson, and Mayor Cooke. Departments reporting their proposed budget to Council vere: i City Clerk Municipal Court Emergency Medical Services General Services Department Council recessed its meeting from 12:05 to 1:30 P.M. When the meeting re-convened, the following departments presented their reports: Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau Austin Convention Center Human Resources Internal Audit Financial Services Information Systems Office of Public Information Library ; The meeting vas adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
