Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - October 15, 1990 - 5130 P.M. COUNCIL RETREAT - COUNCIL CHAMBERS Mayor Cooke called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Carl-Mitchell. HOUSING ISSUES AND GOALS FOR FISCAL TEAR 1990-91 AND CDBG PROCESS Mayor Cooke announced the purpose of the special called neeting vas to have a briefing on housing issues and goals for Fiscal Tear 1990-91 and CDBG process. Among subjects discussed by Council vere child care facilities, position on llth Street and Montopolls areas .and urban homesteading. RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its special called meeting to hold & meeting as the Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation from 6i25 to 6i50 P.M., then adjourned the Council meeting at 6i50 P.M.
