Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - October 15, 1990 - 5130 P.M. COUNCIL RETREAT - COUNCIL CHAMBERS Mayor Cooke called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Carl-Mitchell. HOUSING ISSUES AND GOALS FOR FISCAL TEAR 1990-91 AND CDBG PROCESS Mayor Cooke announced the purpose of the special called neeting vas to have a briefing on housing issues and goals for Fiscal Tear 1990-91 and CDBG process. RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its special called meeting to hold & meeting as the Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation from 6i25 to 6i50 P.M., then adjourned the Council meeting at 6i50 P.M.
