Austin City Council MINUTES For November 14, 1990 - SPECIAL MEETING TEXAS STATE CAPITOL The City Council and the Central Texas Delegation of the Texas Legislature convened at 7:15 A.M. in the Lt. Governor's Reception Room of the State Capitol. The following members of the City Council vere present: Mayor Lee Cooke and Councilmembers Louise Epstein, Bob Larson and Robert Barnstone. The following members of the Central Texas Delegation vere present: Senator Gonzalo Barrlentos and Representatives Vllhelmina Delco, Libby Linebarger and Parker McCullough. Also present vere Representatives-elect Sherri Greenberg and Elliott Naishtat. The Council and delegation discussed items under the following categories: .^. 1. Legislation the City of Austin vill seek introduction and i passage. 2, Legislation the City of Austin vill support. 3. Legislation the City of Austin vill oppose. The Council and the delegation agreed to meet on on Friday, December 7, 1990 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. in the Vebb & Reed Room of the Headliner's Club for further discussion. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 A.M. 11/14/90
