UST FOUNDED Austin City Council MINUTES For - SPECIAL MEETING November 27, 1990 ANNEXATION NCAGC MUD AND PARCELS ST. ALBERT THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH 7:30P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Cooke and Councilmember Carl-Mitchell. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a public hearing on the annexation of the North Central Austin Growth Corridor Municipal Utility District (NCAGC MUD) and four outlying parcels.
