POUNDI Austin City Council MINUTES For January 04, 1991 - SPECIAL MEETING TEXAS STATE CAPITOL - 3:00 Ρ.Μ. Mayor Cooke called the meeting to order noting the presence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmembers Barnstone, Epstein and Carl-Mitchell. The following members of the Central Texas Delegation were present: Senator Gonzalo Barrientos and State Representatives Wilhelmina Delco, Libby Linebarger, Sherrt Greenberg and Elliott Naishtat.
