POUNDI Austin City Council MINUTES For January 04, 1991 - SPECIAL MEETING TEXAS STATE CAPITOL - 3:00 Ρ.Μ. Mayor Cooke called the meeting to order noting the presence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmembers Barnstone, Epstein and Carl-Mitchell. The following members of the Central Texas Delegation were present: Senator Gonzalo Barrientos and State Representatives Wilhelmina Delco, Libby Linebarger, Sherrt Greenberg and Elliott Naishtat. The Council and Delegation discussed items under the following categories: 1. Discussion of legislative initiatives for the 72nd Regular Session of the Texas Legislature A. Delegation - Discussion of delegations' legislative programs B. City Amendments to the City of Austin's legislative program 2.
