Austin City Council MINUTES For February 19, 1991 - 9sOO A.M. SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Mayor Cooke called to order the Special Called Meeting, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Urdy. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting vas to hold an Issue Papers Vorksession. ISSUE PAPERS WORKSESSION 1. Topicst Youth-At-Rlsk and Child Care Presentations vere made by Alicia Perez, Assistant City Manager! Manuel Mollinedo, Director of Parks and Recreation; and Police Chief Jim Everett.
